A statutory declaration is a written statement solemnly declared to be true. It is often used where no specific affidavit form is required.
What is a certified true copy?+
A Notary Public compares a copy with the original document presented and certifies that the copy is a true copy of that original.
What is an apostille?+
An apostille is a certificate issued by a designated Canadian authority for certain public documents intended for use in another country. Requirements depend on the document, issuing jurisdiction and destination.

Yes. I may be unable to proceed if identity or personal presence cannot be verified, the signer does not understand or appears under duress, the document is incomplete, the act is outside my authority, or fraud or another unlawful purpose is suspected.
